Armed robbers attacked UBA bank in kogi state this evening at Yagba West Local Governments Odo-ere, one mopol confirmed dead and the other one seriously injured.
Dead body of the gallant Mopol being taken out of the security van at ECWA hospital EGBE Kogi State, praying seriously for the second one with vital injury.

The heavily armed and scary-looking robbers storm the bank while staff and customers were about rounding up the days transactions, the security operatives at the bank in an attempt to mount stiff resistance were overpowered and in the process one got killed and others sustain injuries. Those injured we were told are responding to treatment ECWA Hospital Egbe, Kogi State.
Unconfirmed report has it that, the robbers made-away with large sum of money from the bank.
